With 15+ years of experience in HR and Operations Management, one of the most critical functions was explaining insurances in a clear and simply stated manner resulting in understanding and clarity to enable my constituents to select the right insurance products for themselves and their families. My introduction to Medicare came about as I assisted retiring employees in making the transition from group health to personal coverage through Medicare.

As my parents and family members came of age, I helped to guide them through the process of procuring Medicare coverage and became the family subject matter expert. In 2012, I graduated from law school where my sub-specialty was HealthCare law.

My passion to work together to achieve positive outcomes for my clients, create long-lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service every time, all of the time, is at the core of all that I do. 

I am a proven professional and caring and conscientious person; the kind of person you can depend on. My primary objectives are, to be honest, fair in all our dealings, and be sensitive to people and their problems. I am known for my ability to listen and empathize with clients on a deeper level in order to discern what they really want and need and then go about the process of delivering the right plans and products.
